Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes, ensuring that the software systems meet the required standards and specifications while fostering a collaborative environment among team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies. - Experience with configuration management and version control systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Servicenow Tools Administration. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
