Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with various teams, applying your expertise in technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively. You will also be responsible for guiding your team through challenges, ensuring that solutions are aligned with project goals and client expectations, while fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster collaboration. - Mentor junior professionals to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Development, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud. - Experience with Apex programming and Visualforce pages. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
