Job Role -
We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Software Development Lead
to lead our development team and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, team guidance, and hands-on development.
Key Responsibilities -
Lead and manage a team of software developers.
Plan, design, and oversee software development projects.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
Review code and ensure best development practices are followed.
Coordinate with management and other departments for project requirements.
Mentor team members and support their technical growth.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications -
Minimum
1+ year of experience
in software development.
MongoDB
Express.js
React.js
Node.js
Proficiency in
JavaScript.
Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
Understanding of databases, version control (Git), and deployment processes.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
