Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to design and implement software solutions, ensuring that they meet client requirements and adhere to best practices. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute to project planning, and oversee the progress of development tasks, all while applying your knowledge of various technologies and methodologies to deliver high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Review and provide constructive feedback on code and design to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Android Application Development. - Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns. - Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Android Application Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
