Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, provide solutions, and maintain strong client relationships. Utilize expertise in Python and AI to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions. Oversee project planning, task allocation, risk management, and performance tracking. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design, and deployment. Stay updated with emerging technologies to guide the team on adoption and innovation.

Proven experience as a

Tech Lead / Team Lead / Senior Developer
