Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that enhance system functionality and performance. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software development process aligns with best practices and industry standards, while also mentoring team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Professional & Technical Skills: Seeking a highly skilled Siemens Teamcenter Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Teamcenter PLM systems, including system architecture, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems (CAD, ERP, QM, PLM etc.). Your role will involve managing the end-to-end implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Teamcenter solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable PLM solutions that align with business requirements. Must Skill: - Experience with Siemens Teamcenter/PLM products - Teamcenter Customization- ITK, RAC & SOA - BMIDE/Data model configuration & Codeless customization. - Advanced proficiency in customization of Teamcenter applications - Experience in integration with external systems (CAD, ERP, QM, PLM, and other Teamcenter Software) - Hands-on/Experience on Teamcenter integration with SAP/SAP PLM - Experience with Teamcenter Quality module - Linux scripting, cron jobs for automation tasks - Solid understanding of PLM processes (BOM, Change Management, Configuration Management, workflows (Viewer & Designer), Doc Management) - Teamcenter Active Workspace Configuration - Experience with Teamcenter multi-site environments - Version Control with Git/SVN - Azure Cloud Hosting and deployment of Teamcenter - Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting - Collaborative Development Practices. Technical Competencies: Teamcenter Architecture & Deployment (2-Tier, 4-Tier) Customization and development of Teamcenter Integration with external systems (CAD, ERP, QM, PLM, and other Teamcenter software) Familiarity with front-end integration, ensuring effective API consumption. Linux/Unix Scripting (Shell, Cron Jobs) PLM Process Management (BOM, Change Management, etc.) Teamcenter Active Workspace Configuration Version Control Systems (SVN, Git) Experience with TC integrations with CAD / ERP, ITIL, Agile Methodologies, Shell scripting, Learning attitude Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
