Summary: As a GenAI Backend Developer, you will architect and build scalable, performant backend services to power intelligent agent-based applications. You will develop APIs, orchestrate AI workflows, and manage data access for AI solutions using modern cloud and containerization tools. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop backend services in Python or .NET to support AI agent applications - Implement agent orchestration logic using Semantic Kernel and tool plugins - Integrate with data platforms (Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Synapse) - Build and maintain scalable RAG pipelines and search integrations - Deploy microservices in containers using Docker and AKS - Ensure robust logging, security, and error handling in APIs - Collaborate with GenAI Engineers and infrastructure teams Professional & Technical Skills: - Backend development in Python and/or .NET - Agent orchestration with Semantic Kernel - Experience with APIs, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, and Synapse, AI-integrated systems - Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, AKS) - RAG integration with Azure Cognitive Search - Familiarity with model versioning, caching, and serving - CI/CD automation for backend services Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience. - A 15 years full time education is required.
