Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects. Your role involves overseeing the end-to-end development process or specific stages of the product lifecycle in Pune. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead and mentor junior team members. - Ensure timely delivery of projects. - Conduct regular performance evaluations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. - Experience in system integration and customization. - Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment strategies. - Hands-on experience in coding and debugging. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
