Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes, ensuring that the software systems meet the required standards and specifications while fostering a collaborative environment among team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles. - Experience with automation tools and frameworks for continuous integration and deployment. - Proficient in monitoring and performance tuning of applications and infrastructure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
