Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members, applying your knowledge of various technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for guiding the team in best practices and innovative approaches to software development, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and learning. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based solutions and microservices architecture. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with back-end frameworks and databases, ensuring seamless integration. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices to enhance project delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
