Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software solutions meet client requirements, applying your expertise in technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes, and guiding your team through the complexities of software development processes. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the systems you develop are efficient and effective in meeting the needs of the organization and its clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior professionals to develop their skills and ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with system integration and configuration management. - Proficient in project management tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in PTC Windchill. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
