Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your extensive knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients and projects effectively, ensuring that all software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. You will also collaborate with team members to drive innovation and efficiency in software development practices, contributing to the overall success of the projects you oversee. Roles & Responsibilities: ₹ Analyze and organize raw data ? Build data systems and pipelines ? Evaluate business needs and objectives ? Interpret trends and patterns ? Conduct complex data analysis and report on results ? Combine raw information from different sources ? Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability ? Independently develop solutions (workflows, small apps, and dashboards) on the Skywise platform. ? Collaborate with peers from other teams to deliver best in class solutions (workflows, small apps, and dashboards) to end users in the airlines. ? Strong airline domain knowledge to engage with airline end users to articulate the pain points / business requirements of the airline end-users. ? Create a repository of solutions developed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language). 1. Strong knowledge on Python, PySpark, PySQL, Java Script. 2. Good SQL Skills. 3. Experience with integration efforts (packaged and customized applications) from a data analysis perspective 4. Strong business analyst skills, able to work with many different stakeholders to elicit and document requirements 5. Solid customer service skills and interpersonal skills. 6. Critical thinking skills and attention to detail. 7. Good judgment, initiative, commitment and resourcefulness 8. Proficient with Skywise platform and tools e.g. Contour, Code-Workbook, Code, Slate and Ontology definitions. 9.Knowledge of airline and MRO operations (preferred). 10.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and comfortable discussing technical issues 11.Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. -Should have minimum of 4 years of experience with Python Development Good to have DELMIA knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and comfortable discussing technical issues Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers.
