Summary: "o The main requirement is top notch Verification engineers, and less relevant the specific experience. o We can consider a range of years of experience (above 4 years), and again, the main requirement is excellence. o Top talent Chip Verification engineers, with range of experience above 4 years: 4-7, 7-10, 10+ years o Experience in full Chip verification cycle: test planning, verification code writing, tests and RTL debug, verification closure. o Experience writing in SystemVerilog/UVM or Specman/E. o Preferred: Experience in ""Full Chip"" verification of large SoC chips o Creating and using verification components and environments in standard verification methodology. o Debugging tests with design engineers to deliver functionally correct design blocks" As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals and client needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring that the software meets quality standards and project timelines. Your role will also include mentoring team members and facilitating communication across departments to drive project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Design Verification Testing. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle. - Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Design Verification Testing. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
