Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support projects effectively. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring that the software meets client requirements and industry standards. Your role will also include mentoring team members and facilitating communication across departments to drive project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Core Java, Kafka -Strong in deployment like Kubernetes , Docker etc - Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. - Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Spring Boot and RESTful services. - Ability to work with databases, including SQL and NoSQL solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
