Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects throughout the product lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead and mentor junior professionals - Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration, SAP HANA DB Administration, SAP Monitoring & Tools, SAP BTP Administration - Strong understanding of SAP architecture and system landscape - Experience in SAP system installation, upgrades, and performance tuning - Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 16 years full time education is required.
