Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the progress of your team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes that impact the project and the organization as a whole, ensuring that all aspects of the software development process are executed efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML). - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug web applications effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
