Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Performance & Stability Lead to drive the analysis, optimization, and validation of high-performance computing (HPC) platforms in automotive environments. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to ensure system responsiveness, reliability, and scalability across infotainment, ADAS, connectivity, and vehicle control domains. Roles & Responsibilities: o Define and lead performance and stability strategies for automotive HPC platforms. o Analyze system-level performance across CPU, GPU, memory, I-O, and networking subsystems. o Identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations in embedded Linux, Android Automotive, QNX, or AUTOSAR environments. o Collaborate with software, hardware, and validation teams to ensure real-time responsiveness and thermal stability. o Develop and maintain performance profiling tools, dashboards, and automated test frameworks. o Drive compliance with automotive standards including ISO 26262, ASPICE, and ISO 21434. o Interface with Tier-1 suppliers, silicon vendors, and OEMs to align performance KPIs and stability metrics. o Mentor engineers in performance tuning, system diagnostics, and root cause analysis. o Own the performance roadmap and contribute to platform scalability and reliability strategy o Debug and optimize system performance, latency, and throughput. o Contribute to safety and security concepts (ASIL requirements, secure boot, secure partitioning). Professional & Technical Skills: o Strong experience in performance engineering for embedded or HPC systems. o Proficiency in profiling tools (perf, Valgrind, Trace32, SystemTap, systrace, etc.). o Deep understanding of Linux, RTOS internals, scheduling, memory management, and thermal profiling. o Experience with automotive-grade SoCs and multi-core architectures. o Familiarity with real-time constraints, fault tolerance, and system recovery mechanisms. o Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills o Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills o Good problem-solving and analytical skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Information: o The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Automotive ECU Software. o This position is based at our Bengaluru office. o A Bachelors or Masters in computers Electronics or any related stream is required.
