Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Networking lead to architect and lead the design and integration of high-performance networking solutions for automotive domain controllers and zonal architectures. The ideal candidate will drive the development of scalable, secure, and real-time communication frameworks across vehicle ECUs, sensors, and cloud interfaces. Roles & Responsibilities: o Lead the design and implementation of networking architecture for automotive HPC platforms. o Define and optimize in-vehicle communication protocols (e.g. Ethernet TSN, CAN FD, LIN, FlexRay). o Collaborate with hardware, OS, middleware, and cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless integration. o Drive compliance with automotive standards including ISO 26262, ASPICE, and ISO 21434. o Manage network stack performance, QoS, latency, and bandwidth allocation across domains (ADAS, infotainment, powertrain). o Interface with Tier-1 suppliers, silicon vendors, and OEMs to align networking requirements. o Oversee diagnostics, logging, and network security mechanisms. o Mentor and guide engineers across networking, embedded software, and system integration teams. o Own the HPC networking roadmap and contribute to vehicle E-E architecture strategy. o Debug and optimize system performance, latency, and throughput. o Contribute to safety and security concepts (ASIL requirements, secure boot, secure partitioning). Professional & Technical Skills: o Strong experience in automotive networking protocols and high-performance embedded systems. o Proficiency in Ethernet (TSN), IP stack, CAN/CAN FD, and real-time communication frameworks. o Familiarity with zonal architectures, domain controllers, and service-oriented communication (SOME/IP). o Experience with network simulation, validation, and performance profiling tools. o Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. o Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills. o Strong experience in automotive networking protocols and high-performance embedded systems. o Proficiency in Ethernet (TSN), IP stack, CAN/CAN FD, and real-time communication frameworks. o Familiarity with zonal architectures, domain controllers, and service-oriented communication (SOME-IP). o Experience with network simulation, validation, and performance profiling tools. o Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. o Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills. Additional Information: o The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Automotive ECU Software. o This position is based at our Bengaluru office. o A Bachelors or Masters in computers Electronics or any related stream is required.
