Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced AUTOSAR Lead to architect and lead the development of AUTOSAR-based embedded platforms for automotive ECUs. The ideal candidate will drive software architecture, integration, and validation of Classic AUTOSAR stacks, ensuring compliance with functional safety and cybersecurity standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: oLead the design and development of AUTOSAR-based software platforms for automotive ECUs. oDefine software architecture, configuration, and integration strategies for Classic AUTOSAR. oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BSW modules, RTE, MCAL, and application layers. oEnsure compliance with ISO 26262 (functional safety), ASPICE, and ISO 21434 (cybersecurity). oInterface with Tier-1 suppliers, tool vendors, and OEMs to align platform requirements. oDrive configuration and integration using tools like DaVinci Developer, EB Tresos, or Vector. oOversee software validation, unit testing, and system-level testing. oMentor and guide embedded software engineers across multiple vehicle programs. oOwn the AUTOSAR roadmap and contribute to platform strategy and reusability. oConduct testing and debugging of functionalities to ensure functionality and quality. oDiagnosing and troubleshooting system issues. oWork closely with cross-functional teams across globe Professional & Technical Skills: Technical Experience: oOverall, 12+ years of experience in Embedded Software platforms, ECUs, AUTOSAR development. oStrong experience in AUTOSAR Classic platform development. oProficiency in embedded C/C++, configuration tools, and ECU software architecture. oDeep understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay). oExperience with MCAL integration, RTE generation, and BSW stack customization. oExpertise in developing Complex Device drivers (CDDs) oFamiliarity with functional safety and cybersecurity standards. oStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross functional team. oGood problem-solving and analytical skills. oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
