Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced CI/CD Lead to define, implement, and manage continuous integration and delivery pipelines for automotive software platforms. The ideal candidate will lead the development of scalable, secure, and automated workflows for embedded systems, ensuring compliance with automotive standards and accelerating delivery across multiple ECU domains Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: oDefine and implement CI/CD strategies for embedded software development across infotainment, ADAS, powertrain, and body control systems. oDesign and maintain build pipelines, test automation frameworks, and deployment workflows. oIntegrate static code analysis, unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing into CI pipelines. oCollaborate with software architects, developers, and validation teams to ensure seamless integration and traceability. oEnsure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and cybersecurity standards (ISO 21434). oManage tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or Bamboo for pipeline orchestration. oDrive containerization and virtualization strategies for scalable build/test environments. oMonitor pipeline performance and optimize for speed, reliability, and resource efficiency. oMentor DevOps engineers and promote best practices across development teams.Work closely with cross-functional teams across globe Professional & Technical Skills: Technical Experience: oOverall, 12+ years of experience in Infotainment domain with experience in Android Development. oStrong experience in CI/CD pipeline design for embedded or automotive software. oProficiency in tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, and artifact repositories (Artifactory, Nexus). oExperience with build systems (CMake, Bazel, Yocto), version control (Git), and scripting (Python, Bash). oFamiliarity with automotive software standards and safety-critical development workflows. oExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. oKnowledge in cloud platform oGood problem-solving and analytical skills. oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
