Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs and project requirements. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes, guiding your team towards successful project outcomes while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with back-end frameworks like Spring or Hibernate. - Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases. - Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
