Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets the required specifications and quality standards. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients and projects effectively. Engaging with stakeholders, you will facilitate discussions to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle. - Experience in integrating software systems with existing applications. - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
