Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and guiding your team through the development process to achieve optimal results. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software systems meet the required standards and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skills and performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. - Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles. - Experience in integrating software systems with other applications and platforms. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
