Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and guiding your team through the complexities of software development. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software systems meet client requirements and contribute to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skills and performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with software configuration management tools. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
