The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver safe, scalable, and production-ready ADAS/AD solutions aligned with global automotive standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: oLead the architecture, design, and development of ADAS/AD features such as ACC, L2+/L3 autonomy, and perception-based decision systems. oDefine system requirements, functional safety goals, and performance KPIs. oCollaborate with sensor, perception, fusion, planning, and control teams to ensure end-to-end system integration. oOversee validation strategies including SIL, HIL, VIL, and real-world testing. oEnsure compliance with ISO 26262, SOTIF, ASPICE, and UNECE regulations. oInterface with OEMs, Tier-1s, and regulatory bodies to align on roadmap and deliverables. oMentor and guide a team of engineers across perception, planning, and embedded domains. oStay updated on industry trends, AI/ML advancements, and regulatory changes. oConduct testing and debugging of functionalities to ensure functionality and quality. oDiagnosing and troubleshooting system issues. oWork closely with cross-functional teams across globe Professional & Technical Skills: Technical Experience: oOverall, 15+ years of experience in Automotive Embedded Software o6+ years in ADAS/AD system design, sensor fusion, and control algorithms oStrong experience in C++, Python, ROS, real-time embedded systems oExperience with camera, radar, LiDAR, and ultrasonic sensor integration. oFamiliarity with simulation tools (e.g., CARLA, IPG CarMaker, dSPACE). oDeep understanding of functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity (ISO 21434). oExcellent problem solving and debugging skills. oStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross functional team. oGood problem-solving and analytical skills. oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
