Summary: We are seeking a technically proficient and delivery-focused Manager to lead middleware platform engineering initiatives with a strong emphasis on AUTOSAR-based software development. This role involves driving platform integration, ensuring compliance with automotive standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable embedded solutions. The ideal candidate should have more number of years of experience in embedded systems, AUTOSAR (Classic and Adaptive), and automotive software architecture Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Platform Development: Lead middleware and Basic Software (BSW) integration across ECU platforms using AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive. 2. Architecture & Design: Define and maintain middleware architecture aligned with automotive software standards. 3. Toolchain Oversight: Manage AUTOSAR toolchains including Vector DaVinci, EB Tresos, and Elektrobit. 4. Compliance: Ensure software meets ISO 26262, ASPICE, and ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity standards. 5. Adaptive AUTOSAR: Support transition to service-oriented architectures for high-performance ECUs. 6. Collaboration: Work with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and internal teams to align technical goals and delivery. 7. Solutioning: Provide technical leadership in middleware solutioning and integration strategies. 8. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide engineering teams across locations to ensure delivery excellence. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR tools (Vector DaVinci, EB Tresos, Elektrobit). 2. Proficiency in C, C++, Embedded C. 3. Strong understanding of ECU architecture, real-time operating systems, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet). 4. Experience in AUTOSAR Classic & Adaptive, including BSW, MCAL, RTE, ASW, CDD. 5. Familiarity with ISO 26262, ASPICE, and ISO/SAE 21434 standards. 6. Experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR modules (PHM, EM, SM, NM, E2E). 7. Exposure to model-based development (MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow). 8. Experience with Linux/QNX, Secure Boot, Secure Flash, and firmware development. 9. Knowledge of Nvidia ORIN MCAL, BSP, Yocto, and Linux kernel customization. 10. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/SAFe methodologies. 11. AUTOSAR certifications 12. Vehicle Architectures: E/E Architecture, Zonal ECUs, EE System Engineering. 13. Infotainment & ADAS: IVI platforms, ADAS software integration & testing 14. Communication Protocols: CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS, DOIP. 15. Tools & Simulation: CANoe, CAPL, dSPACE, Automation Desk. 16. System Design & Modeling: Prevision, Functional Architecture, Model-Based Development (MBD). 17. ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) 18. ASPICE.
