Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring that the software meets the required standards and specifications. Your role will also include overseeing the development process, ensuring that timelines are met and quality is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Financial Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and trends. - Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques. - Ability to create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders. - Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Financial Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
