Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring that project goals are met efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Configuration Management (CM). - Strong understanding of software development methodologies. - Experience in software configuration and deployment processes. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving software issues. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Veeva Vault. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
