Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support client needs and project objectives. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring that the software meets the required standards and specifications. Your role will also include overseeing the development process, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with the overall goals and timelines. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. - Experience with integration of SAP modules and third-party applications. - Ability to analyze and optimize business processes using SAP solutions. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
