Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire product lifecycle or focusing on specific stages. Your day will involve collaborating with team members, applying your expertise in various technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for guiding the team in best practices and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and libraries. - Experience with database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development life cycle. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
