Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects. You will lead a team in delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead and mentor junior team members - Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vendor Invoice Management - Strong understanding of SAP systems and modules - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP solutions - Knowledge of software development methodologies - Hands-on experience in leading software development projects Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
