Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software solutions meet client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the implementation of best practices in software development. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring that the project remains on track and aligned with client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior professionals, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in JBoss Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). - Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture and integration patterns. - Experience with enterprise application integration and middleware technologies. - Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in JBoss Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
