Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to design and implement software solutions, ensuring that they meet client requirements and adhere to best practices. You will apply your knowledge of various technologies and methodologies to support projects effectively, while also engaging in problem-solving discussions to enhance the overall project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark. - Strong understanding of data processing frameworks and distributed computing. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services related to data processing. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance of data pipelines. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PySpark. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
