Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the team in project planning and execution - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions - Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI Asset Accounting - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles - Experience in configuring and implementing SAP FI-AA modules - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules - Hands-on experience in leading software development projects Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI Asset Accounting - This position is based at our Gurugram office - A 15 years full-time education is required
