Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members, applying your knowledge of various technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development. - Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), AWS Architecture. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with Agile development processes and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
