Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead - Oracle Utilities CC&B to lead the technical development and delivery of Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering technical solutions in the utilities domain. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with functional and business teams, and ensure the successful delivery of end-to-end CC&B technical components. Roles & Responsibilities: o Lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle CC&B technical components including algorithms, batch processes, service scripts, and integrations. o Provide technical leadership to a team of CC&B developers -- guide code quality, enforce development standards, and conduct code reviews. o Translate complex business requirements into scalable and high-performance technical solutions. o Lead technical design workshops and participate in requirement gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders. o Build and maintain CC&B interfaces using XAI, web services (SOAP/REST), and middleware tools (Oracle SOA Suite, MuleSoft, etc.). o Oversee development of custom plug-ins, UI maps, business services, and business objects within OUAF. o Assist in planning, estimation, resource allocation, and delivery timelines for technical workstreams. o Coordinate with functional leads, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth development lifecycle. o Support data migration, performance tuning, and batch optimization efforts. o Provide production support and troubleshoot critical technical issues. o Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: o In-depth knowledge of CC&B architecture, configurations, and modules such as Billing, Payments, Credit & Collection, and Financials. o Strong understanding of OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework) o Strong expertise in OUAF, Java, Groovy, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Utilities SDK o Familiarity with CC&B integrations using XAI, XSLT, and XPath o Good understanding of utility industry business processes (Customer Service, Billing, Payments, etc.). o Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and defect tracking tools. o Strong understanding of utility business processes (Customer Service, Billing, Payments, Credit & Collections, etc.). o Proven ability to lead distributed development teams and manage deliverables across project phases. o Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. o Experience with other Oracle Utilities products such as C2M, MDM, MWM, or WAM. o Certification in Oracle Utilities products or relevant technologies. Additional Information: - 6+ years of experience in Oracle CC&B technical development with at least 2+ years in a lead role. - A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience is required -This position is based at our Gurugram office.
