Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the implementation of best practices in software development. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools used within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve team efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Kubernetes. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
