Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that enhance system performance and user experience. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines. Taking responsibility for the full lifecycle of application development: Requirement Gathering, Design and Development, Testing, Debugging Working on integrations, utilizing middle-tier frameworks. Cooperating with business to gather expectations Testing, both Manual & Automation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. - Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development. - Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. - Taking responsibility for the full lifecycle of application development: Requirement Gathering, Design and Development, Testing, Debugging Working on integrations, utilizing middle-tier frameworks. Cooperating with business to gather expectations Description of knowledge and experience - Java Developer - Experience with Microservices and Rest API development on Spring Boot framework. - Spring Boot. - Microservices. - Kubernetes. - Jenkins CI/CD. - 7+ years of experience as a software professional.
