What will you do:

  • Responsible for analyzing user requirement / business problem, evaluate technical feasibility and translates it to technical stories / tasks along with estimates
  • Responsible to develop features across multiple subsystems within the applications, including collaboration in requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing and deployment
  • Responsible to Investigate, analyze and make recommendations to management regarding technology improvements, upgrades, and modifications.
  • Coordinate and effectively communicate the status with different stakeholders in the form of summary reports, dashboards, and service registers / logs.
  • Responsible for deliveries, in accordance with established process and quality standards
  • Mentor and / or guide juniors and freshers in the team on their respective tasks / assignments.
  • Analyze and resolve / respond to active production incidents as and when need arises.
What will make you successful:
  • Development experience in WC PLM customization related to Workflows, Listeners, DataUtility , Validators, Lifecycle, OIR, Events/Listeners, Form Processors, and configurations on Windchill 11.0+, upgrades, updates, patch installations, multiple environments (Windows, Linux based) etc.
  • Exposure to Parts link concepts like classification mgmt., attributes, IBAs, enumerations.
  • Hands on experience on web services (RESTful API development), writing webjects.
  • Integration with downstream ERP systems like SAP PO / PI, SAP APD
  • Core Java / J2EE / OOPS concepts-based programming experience on different web applications, both server and client side.
  • Hands on experience on IDEs (Eclipse / Netbeans or equivalent)
  • Functional knowledge of PDMLink (BOM management, Change Management, Part Management, Part life cycle, ESI configurations, PDF Publishing, CAD mgmt., worker agents, visualization services, ERP integration with SAP.
  • Hands on experience on Oracle DB / SQL developer on queries, joins (inner, outer etc.) procedures, functions, indexes, sequences.
  • Peer code reviews and corrections.
  • Managing and documenting server configurations.
  • Exposure to agile development methodology and at least one change management / ALM tool, e.g., RTC CCM, Version one, Integrity etc.

Qualification:
  • Worked on Data Migration / ETL processes using WBM.
  • Exposure to Windchill modules like SUMA, Service information manager, Translation mgmt., Supplier Collaboration.
  • Knowledge of Thingworx - Navigate dashboarding.
