Role:

The Software Development Engineer is a hands-on developer specializing in Java development with a particular focus on developing event driven applications and improving operability of existing applications.

What you will do:

Strong problem-solving skills Ability to keep operations first Good understanding of data structures & algorithms and their space & time complexities Strong hands-on and practical working experience with - Java Excellent coding skills - should be able to convert design into code fluently Strong technical aptitude and a good knowledge of CS fundamentals Write modular, extensible, readable and performant code Focus on code quality, writing unit test cases, considerations towards choosing the right data structure Collaborate with teams by contributing to the shared vision and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders You will be responsible for the API's you (and or your team) build and will support them till the time they are live in production

Excellent communication skills Problem solver and solution-seeking approach Hands on experience building complex, scalable, operable and performing systems Solid understanding and hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful web services Understanding and experience integrating web services Exposure to Test Driven Development Team player
