Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects, performing maintenance and enhancements, and contributing to the development of new features that meet client needs. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code and ensuring that applications function seamlessly, while also addressing any issues that arise during the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior team members to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. - Ability to write clear and concise test cases and documentation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
