Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions that enhance the overall functionality and performance of the applications you work on. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and confidence. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management. - Experience with integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules such as SD and PP. - Familiarity with SAP configuration and customization to meet business requirements. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years of full time education is required.
