Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of features, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high standards of code quality. You will also participate in discussions to share insights and contribute to the overall improvement of the development process, ensuring that the applications meet client requirements and industry standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME (L2 Program) - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows. - Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Confluent Event Streaming Platform. - Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices. - Experience with Kafka and its ecosystem, including Kafka Connect and Kafka Streams. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies for streaming applications. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Scala. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Confluent Event Streaming Platform. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
