Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new features, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that enhance the overall functionality of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior team members to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with database management and SQL for effective data handling. - Familiarity with software testing techniques and tools to ensure code quality. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in PeopleSoft PeopleTools. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
