Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across various clients. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects, performing maintenance and enhancements, and contributing to the development of new features that meet client needs. You will also be involved in troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to improve application performance and user experience, ensuring that the software meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations and project timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting. - Strong analytical skills to assess complex data and provide actionable insights. - Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
