Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the quality and functionality of the software, addressing any issues that arise, and implementing enhancements to improve overall performance. You will also participate in maintenance activities, ensuring that existing systems remain efficient and effective while adapting to new requirements and technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM). - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with application performance tuning and optimization. - Familiarity with integration processes and tools related to SAP. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM). - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
