Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Manage and develop partnerships and incubate new initiatives. - Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and define use cases for leveraging AI to drive business outcomes. - Employ NLP, LLM, ML, and statistical methods to transform and optimize our compliance and regulation operations. - Work with development team to deliver end-to-end solutions. - Manage, mentor, and enable technical talents to excel in their jobs. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering, BS or MS or Certification in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related STEM fields. - Manage and advise on Machine Learning and Deep Learning open-source technologies especially JupyterLab, Livi, TensorFlow, Prefect, Airflow, Python APIs in scalable (AKS) environment - Manage and advise on Python Ecosystem including popular libraries, deployment management of same. - Manage the continuous integration systems used to build software products (e.g. GitLab). - Write automated Unit test cases for APIs. - Knowledge of a variety of AI techniques such as natural language processing, classification, clustering, optimization, deep neural network, good understanding of mathematical underpinning and their real-world advantages/drawbacks. - Hands on experience with Open AI, Python, Spark, Scala, Databrick, and relevant Azure components. - Hands-on experience deploying analytical models to solve business problems. - Ability to develop experimental and analytical plans for data modeling processes - Experience with data visualization tools - Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering and experience in finance industry is a plus. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
