Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of application features, performing maintenance and enhancements, and contributing to the overall development process. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code while adhering to project timelines and standards, ensuring that the applications meet client requirements and expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior team members to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Testing, Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
