Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will also be responsible for developing new features and addressing any issues that arise, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Android Application Development. - Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns. - Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Android Application Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Bachelors degree in computer science, Electronics or related field is required.
