Summary: We are building a cutting-edge AIOps solution that leverages AI/ML and Generative AI to detect anomalies in metrics-based data, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and generate intelligent recommendations for incident resolution. We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in GenAI, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering to enhance our recommendation engine. This is a production-focused role requiring expertise in deploying AI/ML solutions on scale. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Model Development: Build and optimize AI-driven anomaly detection and RCA models tailored for AIOps. 2. GenAI Integration: Design and implement LLM-powered recommendation engines to extract symptoms, analyze historical data, and suggest probable impact and resolutions. 3. LLM Fine-Tuning: Fine-tune large language models and optimize prompt engineering for GenAI-based use cases. 4. MLOps Implementation: Build end-to-end MLOps pipelines for automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement. 5. Vector Search: Work with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) to enhance historical data retrieval and incident matching. 6. Cloud Deployment: Deploy AI models using Azure services such as Functions, ADF, ADO Pipelines, and Databricks. 7. Cross-Team Collaboration: Integrate AI-driven insights into incident management workflows in collaboration with engineering and operations teams. 8. Innovation: Stay current with advancements in AI, AIOps, and GenAI to drive continuous innovation. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on AIOps and anomaly detection. 2. Strong expertise in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and GenAI-based recommendation systems. 3. Experience with OpenAI APIs, transformers, and deep learning architectures for NLP. 4. Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and related AI frameworks. 5. Hands-on experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate). 6. Knowledge of MLOps practices including model monitoring, automated retraining, and CI/CD for AI. 7. Familiarity with Azure services (Azure Functions, ADF, ADO Pipelines, Databricks). 8. Experience with cloud-native deployments. 9. AIOps & Observability: AI-driven anomaly detection, RCA, and incident resolution. 10. GenAI & NLP: LLM-based recommendation systems and prompt engineering. 11. MLOps & Cloud AI: Scalable deployment and lifecycle management of AI models. 12. Secure AI model deployment and data governance. 13. Responsible AI practices and audit readiness. 14. Integration of AI solutions within enterprise compliance frameworks. 15. Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for AIOps, leveraging GenAI and LLMs to enhance incident management and resolution. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Electronics or related field is required.
